Soler, LCSW.

My goal is to help you work toward changes you can both see and feel, while feeling understood throughout the process.

I’ve worked as a psychotherapist since 2015, including years serving veterans in VA outpatient care. I founded Orange Glow Psychotherapy to offer active, individualized care for adults, veterans, service members, trauma survivors, and professionals carrying significant stress.

You may look composed while feeling overwhelmed in private. You may have spent years in therapy without the change you hoped for. I take both experiences seriously.

I listen closely, ask direct questions, and help you understand what keeps a pattern going. We choose steps to try between sessions, review what you notice, and adjust. I want you to feel understood while working toward change you can see and feel. Results and timing vary; what you can practice outside our meetings is part of the work.
