My style is warm, direct, and engaged. I take your experience seriously and ask honest questions without reducing you to a diagnosis or a single experience.
Our work is active and tailored to your goals. We may use cognitive behavioral tools to examine thoughts and responses, motivational interviewing to explore mixed feelings about change, and simple ways to track patterns between sessions. Mindfulness, gratitude, and affirmations are optional when they fit.
INSIGHT + DAILY PRACTICE + ROOM TO GROW
WHEN YOU WANT MORE FROM THERAPY
Make room for insight.
Make use of it.
Many clients tell me they spent years in therapy without the changes they hoped to see. I take that seriously. We define what matters, try realistic steps between sessions, and review what you notice in your choices, relationships, and daily life. If a strategy does not fit, we adjust it.
Historically, most clients in my practice have concluded therapy in under a year. That is a description of past care, not a prediction for you. Your timeline depends on your needs, goals, circumstances, and what you are able to practice between sessions.
