For private-pay sessions, I use IvyPay; I can also provide a superbill for out-of-network benefits.

What happens during the free consultation?
We meet on Zoom for 15–30 minutes to talk about what you are looking for, how I work, and whether current openings and coverage fit your needs. You do not have to share your full history in that conversation.
Can we meet online or in person?
Virtual psychotherapy is available when you are physically in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania during a session. In-person appointments are on Mondays at 18–20 Lackawanna Plaza, Suite 300, Montclair, NJ, and every other Wednesday in Allentown, PA. Please confirm in-person openings before scheduling.
What about fees, insurance, or VA Community Care?
My private-pay fee is $225 per psychotherapy session. I am in-network with many insurance plans and paneled with VA Community Care through Optum. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network benefits. We can confirm your specific coverage, VA referral details when applicable, and openings before scheduling.
