04 / PRESSURE & CAPACITY
When you carry
more than people see.
You may be the person who handles things for everyone else while pressure follows you home. We can make room to understand that strain and practice more deliberate responses.
I work with professionals under significant stress and adults navigating anxiety, low mood, burnout, emotional overload, anger, relationship tension, and self-esteem concerns. Being capable does not make the pressure less real.

WHAT YOU MIGHT NOTICE
There is room to
start here.
People experience this in different ways. You may recognize one of these moments, or you may bring something entirely different.
- Your mind keeps working after the workday has ended.
- A small request or email triggers a disproportionate sense of urgency.
- You feel depleted, irritable, withdrawn, or unsure how to rest.
- The pressure reaches your relationships, sleep, concentration, or sense of self.
THE ORANGE GLOW LENS
From a moment
to a practice.
We can look closely at one moment rather than trying to solve your entire week at once.
01What happens
A challenging email arrives near the end of the day. Your thoughts race ahead to every possible consequence.
02What may be underneath
We separate what you know from what you fear may happen, and notice beliefs about responsibility, performance, or letting people down.
03A response to try
Choose one immediate action within your control, such as clarifying a question or setting a time to reply. The rest can wait for a more deliberate check-in.
04What we review
What actually unfolded? How did the response affect your energy, relationships, and next decision? We adjust the practice around your real responsibilities.
These are examples of how we might work together, not a personal assessment. Your needs and goals shape the approach.
HOW WE WORK
Insight with
something to use.
Our work brings together understanding and daily practice. We can explore the underlying pressures, boundaries, relationships, and beliefs that keep the cycle going, while testing useful steps between sessions.
Our work is active: we start with what is happening, identify recurring patterns, practice responses between sessions when appropriate, and review what you notice in daily life and in how you feel. We adjust as we learn what fits. Mindfulness, gratitude, or affirmations can be optional tools if they fit your goals.
